Mouth Vomit 

The discrete regurgitation or vomiting of food, drink or bile into ones mouth then swallowing it again so as to not draw attention to ones self.

Dave: "Dude, you're looking a bit squirrel faced."
Jay: "Yeah, I just had a little mouth vomit. Maybe I need to lay off the Schnapps."

When you vomit a little bit in your mouth and swallow it like you swallow the fact you don't have a life whenever you see a picture of a featherless chicken.
