A movie musical. Can be a Broadway musical turned into a movie or a regular movie with, like, songs and stuff.

Watching Zac Efron in the movsical High School Musical in 7th grade made me aware of my sexuality.
Watching Zac Efron in the movsical version of Hair Spray made me uncomfortable.
