Minnowtail

Warrior of RiverClan in the book series Warriors, Minnowtail. Possibly in love with Mousewhisker.

Minnowkit went to the new territories with her littermates and her mother. Accidentally poisoned her Clan, causing her sister's death. She became an apprentice in Power of Three and was mentored by Voletooth. In Omen of the Stars, she got her warrior name and is given her first apprentice, Mossypaw (later known as Mossyfoot). She also trains in the Dark Forest for unknown reasons.

Her mother's name is Dawnflower, her brother's is Pebblefoot and her sister's is Tumblekit. She isn't given a father, although Missing Kits lists her father as Voleclaw.

Some of Minnowtail's important family members include
Mosspelt: a RiverClan elder, Mosspelt fostered Feathertail and Stormfur when they joined RiverClan.
Willowshine: RiverClan medicine cat, aunt of Minnowtail.
Fallowtail: RiverClan warrior, Minnowtail's great-great aunt, was the mate of Reedfeather, and the mother of Graypool and Willowbreeze.
Graypool: foster mother of Mistystar and Stonefur, Graypool is the first cousin twice removed of Minnowtail.
Silverstream: mate of Graystripe, daughter of the RiverClan leader Crookedstar and mother of Feathertail and Stormfur, Silverstream is Minnowtail's second cousin once removed.
Feathertail: important character, featuring in one not two (get it? Because Blixemi?) prophecies, is Minnowtail's third cousin.
Stormfur: once a RiverClan cat, this cave-guard is Minnowtail's third cousin.
"Which warrior cat is your favourite? Mine is Ivypool, but I also like Minnowtail and Badgerfang!"

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.

girl grip

The ability girls and women have developed to hold several items at once in one hand. The skill has been developed due to the lack of pockets in women's clothing.
I thought she'd need multiple trips to carry her phone, keys, wallet, and Starbucks to her car since she needed the other hand to open the door, but she used her impressive girl grip to carry everything in one hand.

The word 'flag' as pronounced by people with thick Belfast accents. The term is a perfect encapsulation of the disproportionate and overblown reaction to the removal of the Union Jack (as in 'de fleg') from above City Hall in Belfast. Where previously it had flown for 365 days per year, it is now flown on 17 designated days of the year - in line with many other British cities.

The event caused a portion of the Protestant community ('fleggers') to make international pricks of themselves as they proceeded to wreck the fucking place, claiming it was another erosion of a 'British' identity they perceive to have been under attack since the horrifying spectre of equality reared its head in Northern Ireland.

The word 'fleg' - and indeed 'fleggers' - fittingly describes a section of humanity unconcerned with knowledge, reality or the vagaries of the English language. Like America's tea-baggers they are ruled by instinct, fear and paranoia with a side dish of rampant bigotry and startling ignorance of the world around them.
"Wat de fuck like! The taigs got de fleg took down! Let's wreck de fuckin place! No surrender!"

"De fleg has been took down! Before ye know it there'll be a united Ireland! Attack Short Strand! God Save The Queen!"
