It has its nice gated communities for the rich or old, The decent houses for people who go to work everyday and want a good life for them and their family and the shitty projects for the poor and the dickhead hoodlums to hang out in and do drugs, shoot/stab things, and throw objects at people trying to get out of the city and head south to work. It's easy to score some decent cocaine there too
