Mimi time 

When one is fashionably late to EVERY event he/she attends. Particularly when one is a manager of an ENTIRE STORE and still shows up late to open up.. to be on "Mimi time" also means the individual is in denial.

I thought the store opened at 10, it's already 10:30???
