Any person who has been up for more than 9 days, taking the rake out at 3am to make sure the roof is flooring properly.

Hereby also known as, an individual fighting with shadow people in the middle of a church parking lot on a Wednesday at 1:30 in the morning.

Once again a human being seen at Walmart in the early morning on the blood pressure monitor for about an hour.

These people should be observed carefully because they will break into your s*** fast. They're also known to leave very quickly so chasing them isn't an option unless you have a firearm.

These people will also be an excellent resource for scrap metal and stolen items, jewelry would be an excellent idea right now here in 2021.
