Means MarshMallows. This word is said when you feel like shit and your friend offers to bring you cocoa, you grunt in agreement and they ask is you want anything in it. You look them in the eyes and say MershMooo and minutes later, they bring you a steamy cup of cocoa with marsh mallows.

Flatmate: Hey bro you want cocoa?
Me: MershMooo
Flatmate: Ok sure, I'll be back in five
