Meow machine 

A cat that meows excessively, often in a persistent or repetitive manner. The term is used to describe a feline that vocalizes loudly or frequently, whether to demand attention, food, or simply because it's in the mood to chat. A "Meow Machine" is typically known for being especially talkative, sometimes making it hard to ignore.
