Term coined by MentalPistol to describe the widespread destruction of progressive or deep thought, or the halting pursuit of knowledge among a people.

Also refers to the widespread affliction of braindamage among a people

The culture of hip-hop was hijacked. In the past 20 years it has been to used as a vehicle of menticaust among the youth. That's just a small part of a scheme leading to a weakeneing of the mass in the future and a strengthening of a select few to rule over them.
