The barf (or regurgitation) that occurs from eating too many McDonalds foods.

1.When eating Mcdonalds, or after completing your meal, you get a sudden urge to vomit, usually comes after not comsuming the food for awhile.
2.After eating Mcdonalds you feel fine, but you spontaneously vomit. Usually comes after a cough, will tend to sneak up on you.

1. "Your not looking too well"
"I think I feel a mcpuke coming on, shouldn't have touched that last nugget."
2."so what do you want to do now?"
"I don't know"*cough followed by a imidiate rush of turning of the head*
