Weenie McFeenie
A more advanced way to say “is what it is”. Though Weenie McFeenie can be used in various different ways, including being used as an insult, it generally is used as a neutral response.
*Neutral Response Example*
Friend 1: “Dude I can’t believe that happened today at work, I’m just really upset about the whole situation”
Friend 2: “Oh, Weenie McFeenie brah”
*Insulting Example*
Friend 1: “Brah I really don’t want to do anything today besides portal”
Friend 2: “Yea yea yea whatever, Weenie McFeenie”
Friend 1: “Dude I can’t believe that happened today at work, I’m just really upset about the whole situation”

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
