Someone who gets drunk easily and is prone to alcohol-induced vomiting. This can occur after as much as half a pint of beer, and is usually accompanied by strong denial of their condition. Few people will admit to being a Matt Cameron.
Did you see James at the party last night? He was almost as bad as Matt Cameron.
