A female Mackadams is very mysterious, sexy, great body (especially large tits), and is a professional with seducing other males. Silver tongued, leaving a trail of broken hearts behind her where ever she goes. Roams freely, answers to no-one, usually live their lives alone.

A male Mackadams tends to be a real douchebag, horrible at treating women with respect, and chances of ending up in jail/prison are VERY high. Typical drug users and have poor hygiene.
