MDIQ

The MDIQ (Miller-Dameron Intellect Quotient) is an entirely subjective scale, pioneered by Michael Miller and Deacon Dameron, to gauge the intellect of individuals within their sphere of influence.

The scale measures the sums of Miller's and Dameron's determinations of a subject's education, intelligence, and awareness levels - culminating in a subject's total score, their intellect quotient (not to be confused with IQ, a much more contrived measurement system).

These scores are recorded and stored privately by Miller and Dameron, inaccessible to the general public.
Borse wants to start building in the field next to the village, but Pick scored 2 points higher on the MDIQ and wants to build into the mountain on the other side, so we'll do that.
