A successive series of increasingly stupid dares and competition between a group of stupid or intoxicated men.

Dave- We were out late last night, and things got kind of wild.

A party with a lot of people dancing with glo-sticks. A party that reminds you of ecstasy, and the '90s on ecstasy.
