Pronounced as 'loo-jur'.
If some S. Korean bitch refers a guy as a luser,
that guy has a hight lower than 180cm because she
thinks short guys are not worthy of having a dick.

Lee Do Gyung says,
"We live in an era of looks and hight is one´s
competitiveness.
I think short men are lusers.
I'm 170cm tall, so a guy should be at least 180cm tall."

Luser

A psychotic malevolent person that inhabits a chat room 24/7, who cannot exist without spewing the poisonous psychosis that eats them up daily onto popular more intelligent chatters.
Luser's often have anal warts or skin tags because they never leave their computer chair, they become so fond of these they give them names, usually female, as Luser's are completely sexually impotent.
The most popular anal wart name is Annie, because it evokes the image of a shallow but blindly moronic compliance, the Luser's ideal partner. But Fairy is also given the occasional grateful fondle by Luser. Fairy has pretensions to some intelligence but basically is as viscuous in consistency as an Annie wart, although perhaps a bit less springy.

Normal person: Hi,
Luser: I totally detest anybody that is greeted enthusiastically when they enter a room, especially when I am ignored and put in the corner by the toilet and handed the bog brush.
Annie: You can brush me if you like Luser, lolllllllllllllllll
Fairy: It somehow diminishes the value of the big brush when it is used just to score points.
Luser: I have no idea what you said Fairy but totally agree.
Annie lollllllllllllllllllllll

luser /loo'zr/ n. common A user; esp. one who is also a loser. ( luser and loser are pronounced identically.) This word was coined around 1975 at MIT. Under ITS, when you first walked up to a terminal at MIT and typed Control-Z to get the computer's attention, it printed out some status information, including how many people were already using the computer; it might print "14 users", for example. Someone thought it would be a great joke to patch the system to print "14 losers" instead. There ensued a great controversy, as some of the users didn't particularly want to be called losers to their faces every time they used the computer. For a while several hackers struggled covertly, each changing the message behind the back of the others; any time you logged into the computer it was even money whether it would say "users" or "losers". Finally, someone tried the compromise "lusers", and it stuck. Later one of the ITS machines supported luser as a request-for-help command. ITS died the death in mid-1990, except as a museum piece; the usage lives on, however, and the term `luser' is often seen in program comments and on Usenet.

Losers+Users. Originates from MIT. On their old mainframe systems, when you turned on a terminal it would say something like "57 users online". Someone hacked it to "losers", and someone hacked again to "lusers".
Welcome to the Network. 207 lusers online.

A word used often by sysadmin or tech support to describe clueless computer users.
It is said to be a combination of the words "loser" and "user", although also said to be the combination of "lame" and "user".
It is occasionally substituded for "user" in programming as a joke....
