A "Lotto Pub" is a hybrid of two business models originating in the state of Oregon. The Lotto Pub was first established by the Bettie's organization combining the "Lotto Deli" and local pub concepts. Lotto Pubs feature a small bar, fun menu items, a wide selection of beer, discount cigarettes and several Oregon Lottery games including video lottery, Keno, Megabucks, Mega Millions, Scratch-Its and so on.
