Lock-up 

The act of holding a dick in ones mouth while the person sits on their shoulders. By sitting on the others shoulders and inserting their dick in the others mouth, it forms a "lock" between the two people for stability or other needed reasons.

I couldn't reach the jar on the top shelf so my girlfriend let me sit on her shoulders, then she let me lock-up so I didn't fall.

term used in the crack cocaine trade which refers to cocaine getting hard when cooked. When boiled cocaine oils rise to the surface of the water and then ice is added at which point the cocaine gets hard or "locks up"

I bought a kilo from that guy the other day and when I cooked it it wouldn't lock up.
