LoadIt 

A verb which refers to the act of significantly increasing the resistance on a spin bike. This is especially important when one is engaging in a challenging climb. The phrase LoadIt was coined by a Brooklyn fitness instructor. LoadIt is accomplished by turning the flywheel on a spin bike clockwise to the right.

When the spin instructor wanted the class the feel a heavier road for a large climb on the bike, she called out to the class, "LoadIt!"

Loadit 

The phrase was coined by a New York City fitness instructor and is a verb that means to add resistance to the fly wheel of a spin bike while exercising. This would be especially important when completing a challenging climb and is accomplished by turning the flywheel knob on the bike to the right.

When the participants in the spin class were simulating climbing a large mountain, the fitness instructor called out, “Loadit!”

noun, someone who never pays for themself and is always trying to get free stuff and shorts from someone, such as (but not limited to): cigarettes, sandwiches, drinks, food, candy bars, beer, etc. Freeloading whores can be Jewish, cheap, rich, or extremely poor.
