Lawton, Oklahoma

A town located in the southern region of Oklahoma consisting of little to no places for teenagers to congrogate. Within this town there is basically a mall (where anyone under 18 isn't allowed on Fridays and Saturdays after 5 p.m) ,one skatepark far away from anywhere in town, leaving nothing for us to do other then get high, shoot eachother, drink, and that's about it. Well...there is Fort Sill with some things to do.... but noone can get on without an i.d.

It's a boring town, if you ever think of moving here DONT, and if your forced, welcome to HELL, USA.

One last note: If you move here, dont expect to be able to get out all that easily.... easy getting in, hard getting out.

Lawton, Oklahoma

One of the most dismal big-small towns in the largest fly over-state in the country.

It has a very high murder-per-capita rate with large amounts of narcotic and gang-related activity. There are over 113 gangs in and around the area.
The only factor which puts us on the map is our military base, Fort Sill. Fort Sill brings in a large Korean and German population. Very little work can be found other than menial jobs such as fast food. Our education system is also very poor and uninvolved. Aside from joining the military, selling drugs, or making your way out to one of the local strip clubs, there is very little entertainment to be had in Lawton.
Visitation or moving into Lawton is highly discouraged, as it is very hard to leave unless you are in the military.

The Lawton public school system haves over 300 schools in the district and haves approximately 7,000 students in total . Local teens are known to Go to the Lawton central mall on Saturdays . And popular stores are Tj maxx, target , and Walmart . And multiple other trending places . Lawton is A very diverse city . With huge mountains to look ahead of. The other false Statements on here are very upsetting considering the fact that Those people don’t live here .

Toe Rag

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.

I thought she'd need multiple trips to carry her phone, keys, wallet, and Starbucks to her car since she needed the other hand to open the door, but she used her impressive girl grip to carry everything in one hand.
