Laughing high 

When you’ve been laughing so hard/for so long that anything and everything within the next hour or so is hysterically funny

Man I went to a comedy show last night and had a laughing high for the next two hours afterward

To describe your extreme feeling when laughing at a joke so hard, that makes you feel you are actually high laughing at it.

eg. Jack " Hey I just lost my nuts at a ball". Sam "you gotta be kidding me, I am Fly High Laughing (FHL)"
