Lady Spoon

Involves two women in the traditional act of "spooning" wherein the "lady spoon" takes on the traditional roll of "Big" spoon, which is typically thought of as being reserved for men when involving a man and a woman.

Mrs. "Jones" loves to "Lady Spoon" Mrs. "Smith" in bed, in the pool or where ever she can.
