Kremlinology 

The art of observing, deducing and guessing what is really happening within a secretive organization. (So called from the Kremlin, headquarters of the top government leaders in the Communist era Soviet Union.)
In the article, the Times applied a little Kremlinology to investigate why Windows Vista had gone so horribly wrong.

Inspired by Godwin's Law. But instead of calling someone Hitler or a Nazi, calling someone a Russian bot or a Russian asset.

She was living in Moscow until the Kremlin Gremlin spread his fairy dust.

A walled fortified area of Moscow, in russia. The Kremlin has traditionaly held the bulk of the russian governmant in addition to administrative buildings it also contains many beutiful churches and has been home to the russian tzars, stalin, and more recently Vladimir Putin.

The Kremlin is not one single buildings it is a complex of buildings.
The Kremlin is a symbol of times gone by when kings ruled and Russia was a world power.
