Koochie Flu 

Slang term for a contagious case of chicken pox that harbors in the vagina.

man: " hey man I need to ask a personal question, I have a bitchin rash on my magic stick and I have no idea what it is." reply "Does it look like peanut brittle, fish n chips or birthday cake?" man: " none of those, it looks like I got beat with a rake." reply " Oh yes that's the koochie flu."
