A KLOK is a person who has many layers to them, like an onion. The layers on the outside are usually bad layers, but when you get past those layers things get better. They usually think they are know-it-all's or that they're better than everyone else and overall, they're pretty lame.

Person 1: "Do you see that kid over there?"
Person 2:"Oh, him? He's too much of a KLOK."
