Kelantan
Kelantan is a Malaysian state located in the northeast part of Peninsular Malaysia. Its capital is Kota Bharu but the royal capital is Kubang Kerian. It is well-known for rich natural resources and the unique dialects that is somewhat different from Standard Malay.
People in Kelantan are religious and believe Allah SWT. Syariah has a strong influence to the local law and therefore people are really polite. Due to this, they become a good example to the entire Malaysia.

A common Quarian phrase, from the video game trilogy Mass Effect, meaning "By the home world I hope to see one day." Exiled from their homeworld, the Quarians (an alien race known for their technological genius) have lived as space-nomads for about three centuries. Like the phrase "peace be with you", the phrase "keelah se'lai" can mean many things. But whether to express surprise, happiness, or frustration - for them to swear on their homeworld is the meaningful expression they have.
