When your girl is going down on you, you pull the chew out of your mouth and put it between your middle and index finger in a hook shape and put the hook shaped fingers into her mouth, thereby having the chewing tobacco go in her mouth and you hooked her like a fishing jib. The chewing tobacco is essentially bait at this point.
