When you don't listen or use your head, and you mess something up. This can also mean procrastinating, or just being annoying to a person or friend group, and then ruining your relationship with them.

Person 1: Hey are you going steady with that Girl you liked. I heard you were doing good.'

Person 2: Nah I Karp'ed it up and now she hates me.

Person 1: Of Course you Did.

The state of being a worthless piece of crap. Consuming much and producing very little, aside from the usual carbon dioxide and bodily waste. A strain on society.

I was karped all night after taking that oxy.
