Carry-oh-kite-us (n): a disease in which one can not control his or her ability to break out in song randomly or with just cause; much like turrets, only in musical form.

Don't get too close to her, I hear karaokitis is a communicable disease.

n. an inflammation or infection of the karam resulting in overall worthlessness. Symptoms include a general propensity for greogging out.

He greogged out again? I'm concerned he may have karamitis.
