The act of getting extremely drunk while maintaining an overly positive and generous vibe.
To be Jurgened one must be the drunkest person in the room but also a peacemaker and diplomat.

Juergened 

When you are at work and a Micro-manager of German descent constantly interrupts you with their own agenda that never pans out. You spend hours a day working on hair-brain ideas that never work.

I was in the middle of a critical project and I got Juergened... I will spend hours on his idea and nothing will ever come of it.
