Josh'n it

When it is your turn to go in a videogame, and you die before you ever move, or take any kind of an action. Usually a side product of an overly dense ginger beard. The term was coined from the widely popular Continue Show, which is one of the best videogame YouTube shows on the interwebs right now.
"Hey, it's your turn to go"

"It's your turn man"

"My wha?"

"DUDE YOU DIED! YOU DIDN'T EVEN MOVE! You're really Josh'n it right now"

Josh'n out

Definition 1: When one invites another out to an event but fails to follow through in actually showing up to the event that they invited you to.

Definition 2: When one hypes up an event that they are inviting you to to the point of great expectations, but they bail at the last minute to go to another unrelated event.

Definition 3: Punching a wall at the bar for no apparent reason and acting like Bruce Banner.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
