Joeymoe is very cocky, confident, boujee and conceited with ones self. Has a need for speed, loves to spend money and show off. He is a one of a kind meaning there is only one of him. He cannot take no for an answer. When it comes to his car, jewelry and phone those are his most prized possessions and the only things he could really care about at times. His girlfriend is his protector and he leans on her for guidance, even though he is stubborn and sometimes makes it seem like he doesn't need her help, he is actually craving it. He is a sweet, loving baby at heart but hides it with a hard-ass attitude because of his past. Ratfucker

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.

Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
