When one of the blocks lands perfectly on your foot as the pile falls when losing at Jenga that it causes an instant blood filled bruise that requires medical attention and you limp for days.

She got so cocky when playing Jenga that she didn’t notice one of the blocks come crashing down on her foot causing an instant Jengatoma bruise that sent her to the urgent care the next day.
