The word literally means religious toxicity, discrimination based on religious lines or it can be described as a state of isolation faced by individuals or groups based on their religious identity.

The word is derived from "ism" meaning religion and "oxicity" from toxicity.

The ismoxic monarch was overthrown by the rebels.
The media wrote about the ismoxicity faced by the minority.

Social media toxicity. Referring to the vile millieu that we invite into our consciousness daily. Thus allowing it to overtake your algorithm, so subconsciously the poison can take hold and transform you into a real life troll.
