the act of accidentally dropping ones cellular/mobile device in the toilet, the distinctive noise an iphone makes upon contact with a shallow and small body of water, the tight feeling in ones chest upon realizing a costly mistake, a mobile mishap,

She just went up stairs to powder her nose and ended up iplooping, poor dear, that's the third time this year!
