To intimidate someone via a text message. This is usually utilized by people with no balls to intimidate in person.

That guy is a pussy, he can't intimidate in person, he using intextidation to try to scare me.

Intextication

Like intoxication from drinking, if you are texting you are unable to do things well that you normally can do without thinking about it much, like walking, bike riding, or driving a car. Texting distracts you from what you should be focused on and results in slips, falls, crashes, accidents, and sometimes death.

When one is completely preoccupied, intoxicated and engulfed in a massive swarm of sms communications. The topic nine times out of ten being sexual in nature or having such undertones. Sexting of high caliber on a large scale; charting new territories over the digital abyss.
