People who are ignorant to the consideration of others. They have no clue as to what consideration is so they cannot be considered inconsiderate. They are not overlooking or avoiding consideration, they just have no clue what it is. Usually an only Child.
He was so inconsignorant that he expected her to pay for half the meal on her Birthday.
