When someone is 'in' or when someone does something sick. However, it 'mao' can be used for other things. The 'mao' is essentially a metaphor to whatever the user wishes it to be. Short version is 'itm'

In the Mao (ITM)

To be 'in the mao' means to be in. This could include getting in with a girl or a guy. Additionally, itm can also be used as a synonym for 'sick' or can be used when you do something cool (scoring a goal in soccer).

"bro, he's in the mao with Jennifer"

"dude are you itm with her?"
"It means in the mao (itm)"
"OHHH yeah dude im itm"
