Even if you meet a police officer out in the streets

They are obliged to help you, no questions asked

They will help you pack your essentials safely & they will provide you with temporary shelter
They will help with any means you need to proceed from there

First step is escaping, safely.
The rest they can help you with. Friends will step in too, once you find safety.
