IPslop is when a video game development company, primarily AAA (Triple-A) developers, develops a videogame using a famous, well-known, best seller, already established videogame's IP (Intellectual Property) as a form to leverage a completely new videogame's publicity and views, that has little to really no impacting connection to the original IP.
