IGGYBER
Always spelled in all caps. That moment when two people(one male, the other female) look at each other a there is extended pause, then one responds in a low voice "Hi" and the other says the same. Usually leads to a romantic act.
Kendra and Patrick looked into each other's eyes. --Moment of silence-- Kendra whispers "Hi," then Patrick whispers "Hi." Patrick then kisses Kendra. This is an IGGYBER.
