I can breef.

Any law abiding citizen that never had any encounters with the police. Those that do have an encounter with the police follow the orders of the officer and don't run their mouth or become combative. A term used to say that because you respect the law "I can breef."
Bobby was able to go home to his family after being pulled over for speeding because he respected and obeyed the officer. Bobby told his wife about it and then said "I can breef."
