I'm fiiiiiine

When someone gets drunk and claims to be "fine". But instead of saying it normally, the "i" is extended and often expressed in a higher tone of voice.

"Dude you're totally wasted"
"No, I'm fiiiiiine"

"You're definitely not fine"
