Hot TZ 

Hot TZ:

A Hot Toilet Zone. Similar to a Hot LZ, Landing Zone, a derivative of a term used by the Military. A HOT Toilet Zone refers to Toilet which has been recently and obviously used, by odor or left unclean, a way of warning a friend not to go in there right away.

Whoa, wait a minute, that's a Hot TZ, give it a few minutes or hold your breath and run in an open a window.

hottzy 

hottzy is a versatile word. Always used in sarcastic ways, it usually refers to something that is dumb, ugly, stupid, really lame or gay. Pretty much can be used to describe anything in a bad way. Something that isn't cool.

"My hair is so hottzy today."
"Hey hottzy."
"Ew, wtf is her face? She is so hottzy looking."
"Stop acting hottzy."
"That's hottzy."
"She was acting reetzy and being real hottzy. Her hair looked reall cutezy too. I'm like, 'yeah your reall good'."

A mix of the word hot. Mostly used in IMs and chat-rooms.
