Refers to smoking marijuana through a cigar wrap, also know as a blunt.

Originated from some American service men refering to smoking marijuana. It implied to current president Obama when he was up for decriminalization of marijuana.

Ya'll been smoking that hoochie bama? I can see it in your eyes boy and they red as hell, I can smell it on ya too.
