Hoeveralls

Refers to the piece of clothing which typically a woman wears that includes overalls but without the pants part, usually having their entire leg and part of their butt exposed as part of a fashion choice.

If you really think about it, it defeats the entire purpose of being overalls. The entire point is to keep your pants up for working and hold heavier tools in the pockets.
John: What was Jessica wearing yesterday? Those were like overalls but without the pants?!
Bob: Man you know her! She was wearing them hoeveralls
