When a females intension is to be a hoe and socialize at the same time.

Hoesocializ'n is when your chill'n wit a female(s) and she wips out her phone and starts text'n. Or if your with some girl friends and they see a group a guys and start trying to spit game.

Your brother or sister who sleeps with all of your friends, and after they have slept with your friends they call you up after each one telling you all about it.

Example: Casper - hey Raven?

Raven - What?

Casper - Remember Brandy?

Raven - Yeah, why?

Casper - Yeah... I tapped that.

Raven - You're a god damn hoesocializer...
