Hoenheim rule

A rule made during a drinking game usually kings. A person during the game puts the fist up. Whoever the last person to put their fist up is must proceed to give an Imagineary blow job to whomever the first person to put their hand up chooses. Also they choose where the cum shot will be. U must try your best to make it as believable and realistic as possible. Use whatever props and tools u may need. Have fun and make sure to get your hand up as quickly as possible :)
