To be, regardless of sexual preference, heavily involved in (or in admiration of) underground gay/queer culture. More specifically applies to those with heterosexual preferences who, if mistaken for being gay, would be unmoved or even flattered.
Does NOT apply to overzealous, jocular, homoerotic posturing, ala Jackass, Wildboyz, making out with your friend to appear edgy, etc.

A: "Is John gay? He's always hanging with that clique of artfags."

Used to denote a school of thought or way of life which consciously circumvents the white/European propriety and intellectual tradition that dehumanizes the poor and people of color. Consciously ghetto.

She's so hoodcentric that she went to the Rotary Club meeting just for the food and came home with a box of pizza and a 2-liter soda.

Those who are seemingly obsessed with homosexuals perhaps sexually as a result of internalisation of homophobic thoughts or in the creepy way where you are constantly following them, asking them questions and being obsessed with the homosexual culture, homocentric people are usually not gay outside but inside they are gay and want to know what its like to be gay.
