To hiyaah someone involves sticking your hand into their pee stream. Naturally the person will be surprised to say the least. You then slap them with your pee soaked hand. This is when you say “Hiyaah!” Extra points can be given for slapping the person harder or if their mouth is open expressing their disgust.
The important thing is it must be their own pee otherwise it’s just plain rude. The best part is when they open their mouth saying “What?” or “Gross!” This guarantees an open mouth so the slap makes a hallow sound and their pee goes into their mouth.
